Chief Executive Officer

Randy Torcom

Randy Torcom brings deep leadership experience from the outdoor and action sports industry to Worthy Brewing. Prior to joining Worthy, he held executive roles at BlackStrap and Ride Concepts, and spent over a decade at Burton Snowboards, where he advanced to Vice President of Brand Marketing and Director of Brand Management.

Randy is known for building strong brands, leading high-performing teams, and creating meaningful connections between product, place, and community. At Worthy, he focuses on evolving the business while staying true to its core identity as a one-of-a-kind brewery experience.

Outside of work, Randy can be found snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking through Central Oregon in the summer.

Chief Financial Officer

George Stapish

George Stapish has been part of Worthy Brewing since the very beginning, helping shape the foundation of the business with steady leadership and financial expertise. Before Worthy, he served as CFO of a successful law firm, building a reputation for disciplined strategy and a sharp understanding of operations.

At Worthy, George plays a critical role in guiding long-term growth while ensuring the business remains grounded and sustainable. Known for his thoughtful approach and easygoing nature, he brings both precision and personality to the team.

Originally from California, George grew up surfing before making Bend home with his wife and daughter. He’s a passionate music lover, enjoys playing guitar, and is always ready to share a beer and klank glasses.

Brewmaster

Nick Robbins

Nick Robbins leads the brewing program at Worthy Brewing, bringing a deep passion for craft and a commitment to quality and innovation. Before joining Worthy, he spent years at Deschutes Brewery, one of the most respected names in Pacific Northwest craft beer, where he honed his skills across a wide range of styles and production methods.

At Worthy, Nick is focused on pushing the boundaries of the beer program while honoring the fundamentals that define great brewing. From flagship favorites to experimental releases, his work reflects both technical expertise and creative curiosity.

When he’s not in the brewhouse, Nick enjoys spending time on the golf course.

Restaurant General Manager

Stephanie O’Brien

Stephanie O’Brien is the General Manager at Worthy Brewing, where she brings the day-to-day experience of Beertopia to life. With over 20 years in hospitality, she has worked across restaurants, bars, and large-scale operations, including time with The Walt Disney Company, where she developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful, guest-first service.

Stephanie is known for building strong teams, creating welcoming environments, and ensuring every guest leaves having discovered something they love. A trained beer professional, she is passionate about making craft beer approachable and empowering her team to confidently share knowledge, stories, and recommendations.

Outside the brewery, she enjoys exploring Central Oregon with her partner Alex and their pup Phinn, diving into video games, and seeking out great dark beers year-round.

Marketing Manager

Kevin Prieto

Kevin Prieto leads brand and marketing at Worthy Brewing, bringing over a decade of experience in design, storytelling, and creative strategy. His background spans brand development, digital and print design, and experiential marketing, with a focus on building cohesive, impactful brand experiences from concept through execution.

At Worthy, Kevin oversees creative direction across all touchpoints, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the brand shows up consistently and meaningfully. His work centers on elevating storytelling, strengthening brand identity, and driving engagement both in the pub and beyond.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys snowboarding, camping, and exploring the outdoors, which inspires much of his creative approach.

Executive Director, Worthy Garden Club

Lisa Sanco

Lisa Sanco leads the Worthy Garden Club as Executive Director, bringing a deep-rooted passion for ecological stewardship, education, and community impact. She began her career at the Chicago Botanic Garden before moving to Central Oregon in 2013, where she joined Worthy Brewing maintaining the campus landscape. When the Worthy Garden Club was established in 2015, Lisa grew alongside it, helping shape the organization into a thriving nonprofit before stepping into her current leadership role in 2024.

Lisa is dedicated to advancing sustainable practices and inspiring others to engage with the natural world. She is especially passionate about ecological landscaping and biodiversity conservation, and is a founding member and current board member of Pollinator Pathway Bend. Through her work, she continues to expand the Garden Club’s mission of connecting people, plants, and planet in meaningful ways.
